By accessing or using any product, service, or website operated by ZIQX Creative Clique LLP (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To access certain features of our Services, you must create a ZIQX account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. ZIQX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse our Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them through unauthorized means.

You shall not use the Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. ZIQX reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are owned by ZIQX Creative Clique LLP and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload through our Services. By using the Services, you grant ZIQX Creative Clique LLP a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Certain Services may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid Services. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the ZIQX Console. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Services for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

ZIQX Creative Clique LLP shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or downtime.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ZIQX Creative Clique LLP does not warrant that the Services will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZIQX Creative Clique LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. ZIQX may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
